Settlyd Individuals is an educational planning workspace intended to help people organize information and understand possible next steps. It is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not create a professional-client relationship.

Your preview account

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your password, and using the service only for lawful personal planning. Preview features may change, be unavailable, or be replaced before launch.

Annual membership and recurring authorization

The planned membership price is $49.00 in United States dollars for one year of access, with no trial. Before any payment, the checkout asks you to separately authorize the initial $49.00 charge and automatic $49.00 yearly renewals. A browser message alone does not activate access; paid access begins only after the payment provider and Settlyd securely record a successful payment.

Cancellation and access

You may stop automatic renewal from your membership account. Cancellation stops future annual charges and does not end access for the period already paid for. No automatic prorated refund is issued merely because automatic renewal is canceled. Paid tools and full subscriber resources are unavailable after the paid-through date unless the membership is renewed.

Renewal failures and refunds

A failed automatic renewal may receive a three-day payment-recovery period during which access remains available with a notice. The final limited window for requesting a refund after an automatic renewal is still being approved and will be stated before live checkout. Outside the approved policy, payments are not refundable except where required by applicable law.

Information used in Phase 1

The preview account flow stores your name, phone number, email address, a securely hashed password, email-verification and session records, acceptance of this notice, and limited security or product events. Planning inputs are not saved to your profile in this phase.

How that information is used

Preview account information is used to provide secure access, manage account changes, send verification or password-reset messages, respond to support needs, protect the service, and evaluate whether the experience works as intended. A phone number is collected for account contact and support; it is not consent to receive marketing or promotional text messages. Settlyd does not sell this preview account information.

Security and retention

Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. A production retention and deletion policy must be approved and published before the service accepts public registrations.
